Has Boris reached Terminal Velocity?

As Felix Baumgartner prepares for his attempt to the sound barrier free falling, I started thinking about the terminal velocity of a human which is about approx 130 mph (depending on type of dive) but Felix will be reaching speeds over 690mph as he statrts in a near vacuum.

This then led me to thinking about Boris Johnson, he of the mop and Cameron of the broom, but has he reached his maximum speed yet and will it be enough to break into the leadership of the Tory Party and maybe PM. Boris is funny, Boris makes me laugh but not through his mirth and wit but more of his bumbling nature and incompetancy.

The London Mayor was a no contest, Ken now makes most people grimace – I would be interested to know if this was at the same point he got rid of his facial hair – and Boris makes people smile. Will this transcend into his own party votes?

At least we will have a smile on our face if Boris ever gets the chance to continue fuck this country in 2015.

Yes, people all over the country, no the world, will be smiling with amusement and disbelief today, as Boris Johnson became London Mayor for the second time. Oh how we laugh; bumbling Boris to govern Londoners for another four years, my sides are still aching. At least Boris is no threat to Cameron now!

As for Ken, that’s twice he lost out to an idiot; even the Green party asked people to vote Ken second and he still didn’t win…..time to give up Ken and let the legend of Ken be told of how the GLC took on the might of Thatcher, rather than you failed against Boris Johnson.

It’s no wonder no other city wants an elected mayor, you just can’t trust the public.

After a heated radio debate where Ken Livingstone accused Boris  Johnson of avoiding tax, Boris reportedly swore at Ken, losing his temper and screamed that it was all lies.

boris johnson, coalition, human rights act, theresa may, Tory Conference

This week sees the Tories in conference and no doubt they will come out with the same old bollocks that will mean that times will become even harder. Theresa May has started slowly by stating that the Human Rights Act should be abolished in this country – we can’t have Europe telling us what to do – I hear the Mail readers scream; George Osborne has graciously stated that the Council Tax will not rise meaning that all councils will be forced to cut back more public services; and Boris Johnson wants to make it a crime to verbally abuse a policeman, yet no legislation to stop police abusing peaceful protesters.

The longer the Tories are in power, the more the public sector will shrink, unemployment will rise as their economic policies haven’t kick-started any growth, and as a result of the increasing demonstrations and protests, they will attempt to increase police power. Shut up and be happy will be the order of the day.

The only lifeline I can see is that the Liberals break up the coalition. Where is the honour of being deputy to the captain of a sinking ship!
