Festival organisers are struggling to cope with the weather, causing massive delays in getting to the festival. What did they expect, it’s the weekend Glastonbury should have been. Whilst the weather has been lovely for most Glastonbury’s, the festival is notorious for having problems with flooding and the mud. I survived 1997 & 1998 when the majority of the fields were liquid mud.
What do people expect when over 60,000 people try to get to the same place at the same time, and camping with bad weather equates lots of mud. Perhaps all the festival goers who are moaning should listen to Adam Buxton’s song to alleviate the frustration.
