David Cameron has been caught stating that John Terry had said “some very bad things” at the G8 conference.
I don’t like John Terry , and believe he is a nasty piece of work but I do believe in having a fair trial. When the PM is commenting on your guilt it doesn’t bode well. It again shows how Cameron doesn’t really think about the consequences of his actions.

As the war in Syria rages the only story on everybody’s mind, is when will the FA announce that John Terry is next England Manager – no wait that can’t be right, it’s that other lovable rogue Mr Redknapp.
If Harry takes the England job – I haven’t even thought about it – oooh you tease Harry, at least Jimmy Pursey will be able to reissue the Sham 69 song with its original lyrics (pub instead of cup) with greater irony than before – card schools, drinking culture etc.

As the Spurs fans sang ‘are you John Terry in disguise’ to Suarez on his return, does this mean John Terry’s name is now synonymous with racism, even if he is found not guilty? Have the FA jumped the gun by stripping a potential innocent man (ask Rio that question) of the captains armband? Whatever the answer to those questions Capello has blatantly shown his disdain for out FA. They may be usually spineless but this is their appeasement moment, will Capello stop at just The one interview or can he undermine the FA even more. Is JT just a pawn in the FA master plan to sack Capello?
If England did have any chance of winning Euro 2012 then team unity must be now at an all time low; the captains armband will become a poisoned chalice with the person taking it is not the mangers choice. The FA need to get rid of Capello now as he may forfeit any payoff for that interview. The FA then need to make a strong decision, they were too frightened to appoint Brian Clough but they now need to appoint Harry Redknapp, regardless of him not being able to write a team sheet. Even if he gets sent down, he’ll have plenty of time to study tactics.

Strange that Sebb Blatter’s comment has caused so much outrage in our country in the same week that John Terry was made England Captain. The same England that allows Prince Phillip to offend every nation in the world but still supports the monarchy. The same England that still has inherent racism (alleged!) running throughout our system of law and order.
Yes Sebb Blatter should go because our kettle’s black!

This appears to be the ‘get out of jail free’ card that all footballers can play when accused of any wrong doing. Carlos Tevaz refused to come of the bench for Man City is simply a misundersatnding, Mario Balotelli and Andy Carroll are apparently misunderstood, and now John Terry allegedly giving Anton Ferdinand racial abuse has been explained as, a simple misunderstanding. He is reported as saying:
I would never say such a thing – and I’m saddened that people would think so………I congratulated him on their win. He has not accused me of any wrongful remark. It was clear it was all a misunderstanding at the time.
What isn’t about footballers, or should I clarify, footballers with money, who think that no matter what they do is acceptable because they are rich. The greed of the premiership and it’s players cannot continue for much longer without having far reaching consequences across football.
