Tories Plan to Privatise the Air we breathe!

PMQ, privatisation, royal mail, tories

After Royal Mail and the NHS, it is rumoured that the last public thing that can be privatised is air. In order to breathe you will need to pay a annual charge that allows the private company to keep the air in your area. Providing your own air will be illegal as air will also become patented by the biggest investor, with the possibility of franchises available near you!

I PMQ’s would be more realistic with someone saying – ‘I would to address his right honourable prime minister and the rest of his right honourable party and say you are just a bunch of cunts’

I might even vote if an MP was willing to tell it like it is.

circle healthcare, hinchingbrook, NHS, privatisation

Hinchbrooke has become the first NHS hospital to be given over to the private sector; Circle Healthcare have been handed the hospital on a ten year lease. Quickly looking at the main people involved in Circle Healthcare: Ali Parsa, Chief Executive & Garri Jones, Head of Financing both come from a background with Goldman Sachs. Wait a minute are Goldman Sachs that well respected health specialists…..mmmmm no..they are a corporate leech sucking the wealth out of anything they can latch themselves to. It doesn’t take a genius to work out that there may be other priorities for Circle Healthcare than teh provision of mediacl attention.

The Tories privatised the cleaning of hospitals in the early 90’s and now we have the superbug MRSA due to the uncleanliness of some hospitals. The future doesn’t look good for Hinchbrook hospital and those who rely on it’s services.

assura medical, croydon university hospital, CUH, privatisation

Croydon University Hospital (CUH) has just installed Assura Medical to take over providing urgent care. The major third party medical provider has been appointed to deliver the service after a tendering process by NHS Croydon. It looks like the privatisation is beginning to take shape.

Associate medical at NHS Croydon, Dr Dow Smith, said:

We are putting the people of Croydon first. As a doctor, I want to ensure the best possible healthcare services for people in Croydon and we are confident that the bidder who demonstrated the best outcomes for patients has won. Assura Medical demonstrated high standards of patient care, a strong commitment to improve Urgent Care services in Croydon and the best value for money for taxpayers.

Chief executive of Assura Medical, Bart Johnson said:

We are delighted to have been given the opportunity to provide 24 hour access to high quality urgent care services to patients in Croydon.

I wonder what else has passed hands apart from contracts!
