What a fantastic idea, money by Brixton for Brixton. I admit that area has a lot more of an economy than South Norwood, but the concept could be extended to include a ‘pool’ of skills and tools available to share.
The only way that this area can develop is if people work towards it. Yes, some people are ‘do gooders’ or ‘terribly worthy’, but at least they get up of their arse to do something. If everybody just did a little…acorns……….big trees etc.
