What is it about the age of 27 that makes famous musicians die unnatural deaths. Jimi Hendrix, Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin and Kurt Cobain all died at the age of 27 and now Amy Winehouse. I don’t think there is a question about the talent of the singer but whatever demons she had she failed to deal with. She never looked like she enjoyed life despite the opportunities that her talent presented, and her troubles obviously ran deep. All the money in the world cannot force people to come to terms with their own psyche’ psychosis an depression  are not class exclusive. It is true to say that if you have money the opportunities to get help are more plentiful but the desire to want to get help cannot be bought.
