The fact that the cuts are creating mass unemployment; petrol, food and fuel prices have rocketed ensuring that there is less money available to spend hasn’t entered his head. The cuts are devestating for many and probably disproportionately so for those in the north, but it’s so obvious that it’s not Osborne’s policies at fault, it’s the Royals.
