I couldn’t quite believe it but there actually are real superheroes doing their thing throughout the world. Gone are the days of Adam West & Burt Ward with their camp camaraderie, but genuine people are donning costumes and patrolling streets to protect people. Yes organisations like the Guardian Angels have existed, but this is people being self motivated and wanting to make a difference. At first I thought it was just in America but then I came across a project about genuine superheroes throughout the world, admittedly it appears a little worthy but take nothing away from the individuals concerned they are trying to make a positive difference.
Whilst looking for one in the UK, I have mainly found Anglegrinder man, who goes around taking off wheel clamps in London (hoorah). We can only hold our breath and wait for super black bloc, taking down all capitalist institutions with one fail swoop!
