Hans Litten was a jewish lawyer who interrogated Hitler in a Berlin courtroom, after the SA killed three communists in 1931. Litten cleverly challenged Hitler and the premise that the National Socialist Party was a peaceful party, working for the ‘intellectual enlightenment’ of the German People. He methodically questioned Hitler for over 3 Hours, citing evidence in Goebbels pamphlet which used phrases of “make revolution” and “chase parliament to the devil” using “German fists”.
Tomorrow the English Defence League are leafleting Kingston, Surrey and have a march planned in Tower Hamlets for 3rd September. Using discourse of that aims to unify people’s belief and desire for s strong & proud country with a thriving economy (sound familiar) is interwoven with a hidden agenda of hate and racism that no longer has any part with the United Kingdom. To me the reason this country is one of the best in teh world is the mixed cultural heritage it now offers, allowing anyone to leave here free from oppression and fear. There are several comrades currently serving time for battling with the EDL, trying to prevent them from intimidating those unable to satnd up for themselves. Perhaps a it’s time that a court should focus on a group that is no stranger to inciting racial hatred.
