George Osborne truly is the antithesis of Robin Hood. He admits the economy is faltering but rather than look at his own policies, fuel prices, supermarket prices, rising unemployment, waves of redundancies etc. etc; he plans to get rid of the 50p higher tax band in order to attract wealth investors to stimulate the economy. Whilst this is great news for those earning over £150,000, (I can hear Adele cheering now), it leaves you wondering where this lost income tax will come from…………………….. Actually it doesn’t leave you wondering because we all know that if the deficit gets bigger then the so will the cuts, which we all know affects mainly the working classes (yes I’ve said it before and I will say it again, class is STILL prevalent in today’s society no matter what rock you hide under).
The signs are there that the unrest has just begun!
