The Tories have taken no seasonal warmth from Christmas and continue to attack the elements of society that have the Daily Mail readers in a frenzy. If a prisoner now get attacked in prison then they have no rights. Ken Clarke has deemed that as they are the scum on society’s soup why should they receive compensation; this will then leave more money for the truly deserved victims of crime. The Tories never do seem to have a problem with human rights.
If society is going to lock people up in cages they have as a minimum a right to be free from harm.
We also won’t go into all the inmates that should have never been given custodial sentences, let alone those wrongly imprisoned.
