PC Darren ‘Cecil’ Rhodes is determined to make his mark in South Norwood, having failed with The Gold Coast, he now has his sights on a Vietnamese Couple who run the Jolly Sailor. Han, the landlord was a Vietnamese refugee, so if he can survive the Might of Nixon and Ho Chi Mingh, I’m sure Croydon Liscensing Police shouldn’t drive him away.
This isn’t to say that all coppers are bastards (ACAB) but I don’t see many supporting our ethnic publicans.
