The fuckin greed of some people; it appears that councils have been employing people who do not get taxed through PAYE but through their own PLC’s. This doesn’t include independent contractors – which is fair enough they are a business – but high earners within the council are allowed to make their own tax arrangements.
It’s no wonder Osborne is going to cut all benefits to those who need them because rich bastards are not paying what everybody else does.
