So Tesco made a mistake and mispriced the new iPad, it happens, but not to honour those who were savvy enough to take them up on it. I fucking hate it when terms and conditions state “whatever we do or say will not be challenged”.
From what I know about contact law (which isn’t much), there is no such thing as a correct price, only an offer prce, and when the customer agrees on the price, a contact is agreed. SO TESCO, FUCKING LET THOSE WHO BOUGHT IPAD’S FOR 50 QUID HAVE THEM. IT IS YOUR OWN FAULT.
