What the fuck next?

A US company that has developed an “electronic backpack” that fits onto a cockroach allowing its movements to be controlled by a mobile phone app.

The Backyard Brains company says that the device is intended to get children to be interested in neuroscience.

For the “electronic backpack” to work the cockroaches have to be placed in icy water to subdue them before sandpaper is used to remove the waxy coating on the shell of the insect’s head.

An electrode connector and electrodes are then glued on to the insect’s body and a needle is used to poke a hole in their thorax in order to insert a wire.

Their antennae are then cut and electrodes are inserted. A circuit is attached to their backs, and signals are received through a mobile phone app allowing users to control the cockroaches’ movements to the left and to the right.

Where is my copy of the Cunningham Amendment?

It does start the paranoia that your post is being rifled through and anything subversive being taken out! Or it simply hasn’t been posted yet (although Mr Bone has had his). Another thought is that the postman knows what it was, has taken it to read before he delivers it. I wouldn’t blame him as it’s the best thing currently published in this country.

Does the release of National Archive documents prove that Thatcher had terrible judgement?

So Thatcher didn’t expect the Argentines to invade the Falklands – well just what the fuck was she doing, British Intelligence suggested it would happen back in 1977! Too busy planning to destroy the working classes and ruin all industry within our own country to notice.

And why the fuck would anyone pay £2k to have Mark Thatcher found – obvioulsy only four hours sleep affected her judgement with that one – especially when the country was going to rack and ruin, riots springing up everyone.

Did the war swing the election, I have no doubt about it – only things you want people to read get documented.

Rasputin – paranoid or just very astute?

I read today that Rasputin used to drink a little arsenic everyday in order to build up a tolerance to the poison, as he believed an attempt would be made on his life.

Either very clever or completely mad – it’s probably a fine line!

When does paranoia become reality………….and do the drugs work?

The phrase goes “just because you are paranoid doesn’t mean they are out to get you” – is paranoia simply have a finely tuned insight or is it truly a mental condition. There are drugs that suppress paranoia but are these designed to simply put on the blinkers or cure – a paranoid delusion in itself, creating a golden ratio, a spiralling descent into complete perception or just simple ‘corner rocking’ madness.

As with everything else in life this can be applied on a small personal level or to a larger scale on the political forum – the difficulty is that the lines are merged – there is no black and white only grey (god the clichés are rife today) – everything you do on a personal scale has political connotations and consequence somewhere down the line.

Colonel Muammar Gaddafi was killed (murdered!) although the original news reports stated he was captured with injury. Libya is a rich country and has many assets within oil production, so it is no suprise and I think widely documented that the C.I.A. has had many dealings with Gaddafi, and who knows what dealings he has had with the rest of the world. With him being ousted from power and the potential of him being tried as a war criminal who know what would have come out.

Paranoid…………….me………….and the drugs only help!

In the words of the late Tuli Kupferberg (The Fugs)

Who can buy a government so cheap?
Change a cabinet without a squeak?
Fucking-a man!
Fucking-A! C-I-A!
