This year I will be attending the anarchist bookfair for the first time. I usually avoid any type of event or meeting due to the avoidance of becoming disillusioned with the beliefs I have, or it highlighting my shortcomings that I can never look anyone in the eye again.
I am really looking forward to it as there are some good talks lined up but the danger will be which ones to attend, and if I do attend one will the ones I’m missing been of more enlightening – what a fantastic dilema to have. However, the one dilema I don’t have is that they have childcare facilities. Whilst Lily loves debating Kropotkin’s analagies within Mutual Aid, I’m sure she’ll prefer playing with Kids her own age (do 11 year olds play?).
