Why have only two been dismissed, the amount of allegations that have been received this year alone is unbelievable, yet only two dismissals. Suspension pending further investigation, all the while being on full pay, is no punishment and could even be construed as a ‘slap on the wrist’ and condoning those actions. Whilst the police continue to close rank and file on any offender they will always be tainted with the racism claim.

Not all policemen are corrupt or racist but those who can hold their heads up high need to help force out racism and corruption and let those offenders face public prosecution as well as being dismissed from the force.
