They have a vision of an Asian type economy – sweat shops, low paid ! – but feel that we are hampered by an excessive public sector, substantial public sector pension liabilities and a welfare system which does not provide sufficient incentives to work.

They want to reward risk, yes risk because that did the financial sector a world of good and completely destroy the remaining elements that made this country great. They want us to work longer hours and increased years despite many countries bringing their Normal Retirement age down.

I think the phrase a poor workman blames their tools comes to mind, and pissing off the country will hopefully secure your political demise.
