As a result of the Rothko getting vandleised at the Tate Modern, ‘Yellowism’ has come to the forefront of media attention. I have to read more about it before I make my mind up, but there should always be an open mind in exploring new art forms. Yes the Rothko may have been worth about £50 million but can say that in a year that Seagram mural, now signed by Vladimir Umanets will be worth three times more.
