Gun loving people are offering teachers training in how to shoot! What a fucked up country America is with its love affair with guns. Whilst they appear to accept that guns kill, the attitude seems to be kill them first!

I have looked through most anarchist and left blogs on the subject of armed protection for school children. All share the view that it is wrong in some way. Now the US is seen as an enemy of the left so we can assume that their approach is wrong a priori. Indeed America seems to be a ‘fucked up country’. So now we should ask why there are armed guards – discretely hidden of course – guarding the rich people’s kids in the very posh English schools? Several of these schools have kids from very wealthy Arab/oil princes and the like. I interviewed one student for a Univ place and her armed guard was never more than 10 feet away. But I guess, only the yanks are stupid in this respect.
