Representing staff at work through redundancy exercise is quite emotionally draining – especially when you know the Company will try and screw whoever they can. Today the lasting image was the realisation on young student faces that the company are not really on their side!

Unionisation I said – but the company had already implied a couple of years ago my career wouldn’t last long even if I breathed the word union to the wrong people!
