Sometimes calm is not the answer, sometimes letting them know that it won’t be tolerated is the only thing left to do. The justice system is what is meant to be be blind to prejudice, blind to corruption and a defender of the a free society.
But when an unarmed teenager can be gunned down by a policemen it is apparently ok. Add to the equation that the policeman was white and the teen was black then justice is served.
60 years ago segregation was legal in America, and some areas of America probably still wish that was the case. Looting is a sign of the inequality in Society, a chance for the have nots to become haves. We think we are civilised but only if your colour and social standing gives you the opportunities that ‘you can have if you only work hard enough’.
Too be kind…. Viva l’anarchie
I strongly advise you to check the facts here and not be led by the race hustlers who are putting their political beliefs before hard facts.
Ask yourself, or find out, exactly where Brown was when the shots were fired.
The facts are not being presented by the BBC/CNN and not by the Obama administration.
Ask yourself why there is silence over the fact that the majority of murdered black Americans are killed by black Americans and ask what is wrong with a system where that takes place, and why black leaders like Jackson et al, prefer not to discuss this.
And also ask about the perceived link between Palestine and Ferguson, what has the Palestinian issue to do with Ferguson?
An unthinking attribution of skin colour as an explanation of all social evils is beginning to rebound on the left.
A lot has happened during the last 60 years in the US. Do not expect to find massive support for the race card from today’s black Americans.
