A friend of mine asked if I was a classic atheist or a popular one, the difference being classic being that you believe there is no God due to various reasons, whereas a popular atheist simply believed there is no God.

We have had terrible shocking news this week with the sudden death of a family friend. She was a kind, generous, selfless woman who made this world a better place but not anymore. If god did exist and did have a plan it must be pretty fucked up, to leave two children and their dad to carry on without her.

My thoughts are with her family and friends who loved her dearly.
