Can you believe (well nothing actually really surprises me with the Tories), that George Osborne has actually put forward that companies should offer their workers shares in the company for giving up their statutory employment rights (unfair dismissal, redundancy, pregnancy rights etc). Is everyone as greedy as George and the Tories to the point that you will give up your rights.

You to can be a shareholder as long as you bend over and let the company fuck you any which way they can. Will you be ostracised if you don’t sign, will you get a job if you are not willing to sign – either way the rights of the working class are being eroded.
