In order to legally challenge Sports Direct and their zero hours contract, Zahera Gabriel-Abraham, 30, from London, has brought the legal claim funded by other 38 Degrees members through donations. It is essential that the case is won to stop business’ exploiting workers. All we have is our labour to sell, and in a free country you should have a right to work and a right to be paid fairly.
